Short Mat Open House Week Dates

• Monday, October 19 to Saturday, October 24, 2026 — 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
• Monday, October 19 to Thursday, October 22, 2026 — 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Experience Short Mat Bowling and discover why it’s one of the most enjoyable ways to stay active through the winter. Short Mat is an indoor adaptation of lawn bowling—same strategy, same fun, just played on a mat inside the clubhouse.

During Open House Week, you’re invited to drop in, meet our members, and give the game a try. There is no cost to participate and no need to pre‑register. Volunteers will be on hand to guide newcomers, explain the basics, and help you get rolling right away.

The Short Mat season runs from late October through April and offers both open bowling sessions and organized leagues for those who enjoy regular play and friendly competition.

All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a pair of clean indoor shoes. We look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to this great winter sport.
