District 5 Novice Aussie Pairs

Today, Jim S and Liam O were successful in winning 3 games (round robin) and the gold medal.  Chuck A and John S  narrowly defeated Dave D and Steven D to take second place.  In 4th place was the Dundas team of Lasse Larving and Chris Taylor (last year's winner). All three teams were 1-2 but points made a difference. 

Elizabeth B and Toni L were the sole women's entry for District 5 and will also go to Woodstock on Sept. 6 and 7. Regardless of no competition, they were out today to practice and cheer on their team mates.
