Thanksgiving Day Jitney

This Thanksgiving Day Jitney, sponsored by Hearing Well Matters, had a different format than other years. Drawmaster Jim S went for the teams, pairs and triples, winning the most ends in 2 games. 

Overall winner was Dorothy M & Bruce S. 

Peter A, Craig B & Brenda A came in second with Walter B, Sharron T & Shannon M coming in third.  All three teams won both games.

Tied for fourth with 1 game were the three teams of Nancy S & John D; Sophie B, Ted R & Joan D; and, Ken B/Brian D, Barb DW & Maurice C. 

Congratulations to the winners and all 38 bowlers for playing in cool and blustery weather.  Thanks go out today to Diane's Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Salad and her crew who helped out in the kitchen; to Pat B for serving and closing the bar for the season; to the greenskeepers, and the drawmaster.

It's always good to remember to give thanks to everyone who played, participated, helped, volunteered, won, lost etc. Even if your name isn't anywhere on these messages, we're glad that you came.
