Open & Jitney Bowling

All Burlington Club bowlers welcome (no pre-registration required)

Open Bowling is held throughout the week. Members can simply drop in to any of them. Come as often as you like!

Special note: On Mondays during the daytime open bowling times, Australian Pairs will be played. Aussie pairs is a 2-4-2 format. The lead rolls two bowls, and then the skip rolls four. The lead then rolls 2 more. In the next end, they swap roles.

Jitney bowling is held on most Saturday afternoons and is much the same as Open bowling, except you will play two games separated by a break in between. In addition, each player pays $2 and there are monetary prizes at the end of the Jitney. This makes the bowling a little more competitive but still lots of fun.

For both Open and Jitney bowling, the drawmaster for the day will put together teams and determine the format to be played once all tags are submitted. 

Be sure to have your tag in at least 15 minutes before start time.
